The rooms are very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only downside is no microwave ovens in the room (there was one near the ice machine, however). Also, the sliding glass door for the shower wouldn't stay shut. We remedied this by laying a washcloth on the door track while showering. Restaurants and some box store shopping was within walking distance.

Our flight was delayed all day so we arrived after midnight. The hotel's shuttle doesn't run that late so they sent us a taxi. The Lobby and front desk area is beautiful and nicely decorated. There is a fireplace, small bar and food area. Lots of private chairs and tables as well. Front desk clerk was friendly and checked us in quickly. The place is clean and maintained. There's a small area around the corner from the front desk with 2 computers and a printer to use to print boarding passes, check emails and more. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. There's a balcony with 2 chairs facing the pool and gym. There's a mini-fridge but no microwaves in the rooms. It's located by the ice machine in the hall. Hotel is conveniently located to lots of dining options and shopping.

Nice renovations, but elevators are still a mile away from check-in. Food and drinks were yummy. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Room was nice with up to date furniture. Separate sink and shower areas. Comfortable bed
One Last thing
I'll start with the good. This hotel is centrally located to everything. The lobby is very nice and the receptionists are very helpful. Onsite laundry is convenient for those that are staying long term. The negatives of this hotel plainly is that the management isn't geared towards guests services. It seems to be focused more on quick room turn around and the onsite restaurant services. Rooms aren't cleaned regardless on length of stay, however fresh towels are provided when you request them. Be prepared to wash your own sheets. Also this hotel is frequented by "short term hourly" guests. So if you happen to get one of these hourly rooms, it will not be cleaned very well. The mattress will be old with stains and you will most likely find some trash from the previous nights activities. As a frequent traveler I was surprised to experience this at a 3 star hotel but this hotel does seem older and in need of a remodel. Be sure to double and triple check your room before you leave. Once you check out your forgotten items will not be safe guarded. I was one hour removed from my room and it was cleaned out and the possessions I had just left in the room were gone with nothing turned into lost and found. I called while at airport and the front desk personnel reported that there was nothing in the room. Thus is life. Great location, receptionists, restaurant and lobby. Poorly managed cleaning schedule and there seems to be some staff that help themselves to forgotten items.

I believe they have various discounts I know for sure they have a military discount. But like most large hotels they have clubs that you can join for a Point system and that kind of helps out but the best thing to do is call to get the correct information. That would be calling the hotel directly and not a third party... But sometimes when you do call the third party they may give you a cheaper price, but on the other hand if you call directly they can work out a price with you good luck. Godspeed
