Positive: Staff was wonderful, took good care of our needs. Clean. Beds were soooo comfortable. Room was spacious. Negative: Hotel needs updating. Toilets are low, bathroom door would not close correctly and tub closure would not stay up. Nothing we could not deal with, just expected better for a Hyatt.

Disappointed with the high price I paid. The room how small, outdated and inaccessible as a wheelchair user. The bed was hard as a board, the water couldn't get hot and the breakfast was insipid. Surprised because this is a 3 star hotel. The only thing I loved out of the experience was Sunshine and TK! They were understanding, accommodating and serves outstanding customer service.

A little pricey but it was clean and convenient. Staff is exceptional as well as the set up and breakfast. Not my normal hotel when I'm in town but because of the front desk clerks, maids and breakfast attendant, I'll be staying regularly.

Positive: Good location. was the best front desk attendant\concierge that I¿ve encountered in quite some time. He¿s truly passionate about what he does and has a good head on his shoulders his work ethic and professionalism were one of a kind. Negative: Room was booked when I arrived so I had to settle for a different room with no accommodations for the change in room. TV in room did not work someone from management came in on the phone unplugged it plugged it back and said use my phone instead
