Toured Sawyer Flats in June 2022. We had a tour with Jaylyn and she was absolutely wonderful. We chose not to go with this complex because the apartments were outdated and they didn’t have the floor model I wanted. As nice and they tried to make the floor model look, the bathrooms weren’t in the best condition as far was rust and toxic paint smell, and I found a lot of dead stinkbugs in the closets. We also walked past the “secure” package room and there were alot of opened and damaged boxes laying on the ground. I give the complex 2-3 stars, but Jaylyn 5 Stars for awesome customer service from our tour and email follow up. Thanks J :)

The area that the apartments are located at is great. The buildings need renovation and maintenace. We have asked for building 15706 to be checked by maintenance, over two weeks ago and nothing has been done. A few lights are broken and need to be replaced in the hallways, also there are lose and wobbly banisters in the stairwells and they need painting. Today we noticed a step on the fourth floor that is loose. We have asked for these to be fixed but so far nothing has been done about it. The building hallway also needs to be clean as there's trash scattered about the place. There also used to be food trucks for the residents but there hasn't been one for a while. It is dissapponting that we have made these complaints and nothing has been done.

I lived here for 3 years. The ceiling leaked in our bathroom all 3 years. They re did our balcony and locked us out of it and never came back when it was done to unlock the door for us. Maintenance is responsive but the people in the front leasing office are very rude.

Great question! Sawyer Flats has 2 playgrounds equipped with slides and climbing equipment appropriate for young children.
Great question! Sawyer Flats has a large indoor fitness center with a large assortment of exercise equipment, an outdoor gym with full-body workout equipment, and two resort-style swimming pools with plenty of room for water yoga and swimming laps.
Rio Washingtonian Center is our next door neighbor! In fact, many of the restaurants at the mall offer free delivery to Sawyer Flats residents. We're also next door to Crown Retail District, offering apartment residents dozens of places to shop and explore on foot.
