I just recently moved into the Camden Washingtonian for my first apartment ever and i’ve had the best experience! I was so anxious about moving on my own and having everything I needed but Camden Washingtonian was so helpful and guided me along the whole way! They set me up for success with renters insurance and cable/internet, i practically had everything I needed to get started on the new chapter of my life:) Although I am an employee at Camden I was treated with the same great customer service and hospitality.

Absolutely horrible experience when moving out. I had complained about mold being in my apartment not too long after moving in both the bathroom and the washer. They didn't do anything about it except recalk the moldy places and tried to scrub the mold from the washer seal. You can even smell mold in the dish washer area as well. I consider this a health hazard that wasn't properly delt. It's unfortunate because before moving in I saw another review about there being mold from another person but they responded saying they checked into and there was nothing. So when moving in I thought all would be fine until I delt with it myself. When it came to moving out I asked all the expenses due at the end and what to expect, however when it came to the final bill they charged me 3 times more then what they said and they charged me for the moldy washer that I had complained about a long time ago. They wanted to pay to replace the seal but yet they never delt with the problem properly when I was living there. They also charged me for other items that were not talked about. So I tried to get in touch with them by calling the number on Google. However you can't ever reach anyone and it takes you to their main head quarters where they just pass the information along. Also the turn over of people and management is frequent and when trying to let them know what you were told by one person, that one person is no longer there. I finally had to drive to them, a two hour round trip just to get someone to look at my file because they were now threatening me they would send my stuff to collections for the unrightful charges. Once I finally got in front of someone they were able to pull back the service file and mend the situation. But the stress of having to go through this was absurd. I paid the balance owed once she corrected the final statement and I thought all was well that is until I get a call this morning from a debt collector. I was not going to leave a bad review but this set me off. This shows me how disorganized the team is. This adds unnecessary stress to me and takes my time away. The balance he was trying to collect was the balance of a statement from before the manager mended it but someone didn't properly update their notes and now you cause stress on me the customer. By the way when I finally went to the office I found out that the Google number is a Camden number but it's not the main number to the exact location. That needs to be changed because if I lived in a different state and didn't have the ability to drive by because I couldn't reach anyone would have been even a bigger problem. Terrible, terrible.

The staff has been very helpful and welcoming. The Apt. was fresh and clean upon moving in. I love the amenities. My kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and beautiful countertops. I absolutely love my home.

Camden Washingtonian is by far the best apartment complex in the State of Maryland. Nani and the team treat you like royalty, facilities are spotless, and service requests are completed at lightning speed. Everything is automated, not to mention the state of the art technology at your disposal, where you can unlock and lock your apartment with your phone. The air quality is pristine and the neighbors are respectful. The attention to detail in every apartment design and amenity is out of this world. I'm a very satisfied tenant!! Great job team!!
