I have been living here over 4 years since the new manager James,, the community has made great strides. He is quick to respond to any matter and always with a big smile. He will take the time to personally help you anywhere from maintenance issues to office related concerns he is always readily available. Thank you James for recently helping me with my key 👍

I didn’t think the other reviews were true, but they are. This place robbed me of my $500 deposit. I was told if I give an advance notice of cancellation I would receive my deposit back. I gave 2 months notice that I would not be moving forward with the apartment, and have in writing that I would receive my deposit back. I have been following up multiple times a week for over 3 months. I now get told something different and/or lied to over and over again by their incompetent staff. No one will respond to my emails or answer my calls anymore. This is the most poorly managed apartment I have ever dealt with. Be very caution moving forward with Cadance, they will not return your money.

I am moving out after 2 years. Everyone is nice but the staff can not seem to get anything done. I have been without air conditioning for 6 weeks in the middle of the summer. Previously they took weeks to fix the garbage disposal. The building upkeep is spotty and the cleanliness of the common spaces is, (e.g., hallways) is poor. In many places the hallway carpet is permanently soiled. One exterior door was not closing for weeks before getting repaired. Anyone could get in. The building can be very noisy depending on the apartment location. I found a much nicer place nearby for the same price

I would only move in here if you enjoy the sound of rotting floorboards cracking and creaking over your head at an unbearable volume. Funny because the guy who gave me a tour laughed at me when I asked if the building had a wooden foundation. Here I am screwed for another year unable to sleep as these very loud cracking sounds come shooting down my walls when the apparent abuse victim living over me decides to stomp around or really do anything at all.
