There's never a bad experience with this Hotel, every time I'm in town, this is like home away from home and me personally is a very picky person when it come to comfort and were to be comfy. The Hampton Inn Winston Salem Hanes Mall family is a fun happy crew. Just love it

Very clean rooms, staff was constantly cleaning the hallways, floors, elevators as well. Very good location to stay, the front desk ladies were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend this hotel over any in the area!!

Group trip for a soccer tournament. The sales team (Michelle) was great in ensuring we had enough inventory and that our needs were met. Staff was very welcoming and nice. They provided my daughter a toothbrush when she forgot to pack it. Our team was happy that the hotel provided them some games to play during their downtime. Breakfast was great to have, and there was a wide variety, so everyone was easily able to find something to eat. The location is great. Anyone who forgot or needed anything had any store close by and available for those needs, and there are a ton of food options available for quick or sit-down meals. All in al the trip was great. Our team was a little disappointed that the pool was closed and unavailable, but honestly with so many kids and tournaments in town, it was probably a good thing. I know our coach was okay with it. Great time and we would absolutely book here again presented the opportunity.

This is by far the BEST Hampton inn I have ever stayed in. I traveled with my family for a wedding during the second week of March. After a long day of traveling by two planes from N.Y, we were greeted by the most warm, friendly, sweet ladies at the counter. They were absolutely amazing. They gave us extra snacks and water bottles. They told us that there would be fresh baked cookies out at 6pm. To make sure we got some early, because it was a busy weekend with athletes. As we made our way to our rooms, the hotel was spotless. The elevator, the hallways and the rooms were so clean. Trust me I have been to many Hamptons that had dog hair, mold and other gross things. My family and I were getting ready for dinner reservations when our room phone rang. We were not expecting calls. My boyfriend answered and it was the kind lady at the desk calling us that the cookies were out and ready for grabbing. A COOKIE CALL!! we received a COOKIE CALL. Now I don't believe they called every single guest to have cookies. So we felt special. And let me tell you this! The cookies (sugar + chocolate chip) were to die for. Absolutely delicious!! Continental breakfast was delicious as well and very well kept. Despite the hotel being packed with athletes that week. The food never ran out. It was kept clean and organized. The staff there were friendly and hard working. Overall, it was a lovely experience being at this hotel. And I wish all locations were as welcoming, clean, friendly as this one.
