Nurses are awesome. Very caring. Food service sucks! Won't even answer my room call, waited 3 hours for a snack, they finally answer the phone and say I can't change my order. Hardly caring about a patient. Food service sucks badly. Pamela needs to learn how to talk to patients. Give a person authority and they make suffering people suffer more? Doesn't sound right to me. Hospital won't let food delivery in. Get me out of here, it's worse then jail.

I think a dog shelter would have taken better care of me than this hospital. They stuck me in a room and ignored me for 7.5 hours, while I sat covered in my own blood, they never sent any nurse or doctor in to check on me, even after I begged for help over the nurse call button. I'm amazed I walked out of their alive tbh, I know some aren't as lucky. 3rd experience with this hospital and the conduct is honestly neglectful of their patients. It needs to be investigated, and not by some team employed by the hospital, by outside agents to shut them down. Disgusting practices.

A close friend was flown here after having a seizure and passing out since this was the closest hospital. Was left unattended multiple times for long periods. He possibly had one again, an seizure, and unfortunately they didn’t hook him back to the monitors. The idea of what could have happened if he didn’t make it through another seizure pains us to think about. He was so scarred about this experience he opted out from being admitted for another day. It’s imperative the care upholds the Patient’s Bill of Rights.

Don't come here, this place is a joke, took wife's pain medicine that pain clinic gives her, work give her pain medicine until they want to, they don't care what other doctors are treating her, nurse even said, we don't by other doctors, we figure what's good for you, apparently they never had multiple fractures in the back

I waited 4 1/2 hours before a doctor finally came in. Said he was going to order blood work and x- rays. Well for one, an x-ray was already done. When I informed him of this, he said he did not have time to read it and informed me he was with a patient for 6 hours. Additionally, it appeared, like most staff I encounter, seem to have little, if any training about how to effectively interact with patients with Alzheimer's disease. When he entered the room, he never apologized for the extensive delay. Almost like our time was not important. He appeared a tad frazzled and left the room in a bit of a huff. Sounds like the hospital is having a doctor staffing problem. I don't see how working human beings to their limits, to the point where patient care is negatively impacted is appropriate. That's why I believe in unions! Unions fight for the rights of employees, thus positively impacting the patients. A happy, well rested, employee whose needs are being met, leads to better patient care.
