Staff is friendly but have had two separate issues with curbside pickup, nobody comes out so you have to go inside.

Wow all these reviews, most not so good, all have one up on me...they received their goods at some point! I haven't even gotten the estimate yet! I went to Lowe's in Easton to get blinds. I picked out what I wanted, paid $19 to have someone come out to measure which they did August 3. They told me I would hear from Lowe's in 3-5 days. Didn't happen! I called, called and called and IF I was lucky enough to speak to a person, it was never anyone from that department. Finally went there to find out what the hold up was after several weeks. Debbie in that dept. couldn't find my contract but after further digging, she found some info with my name and printed out the measurements. Trevor was in that dept and took my order info but dropped the ball because "he didn't like working in that dept." So now Debbie printed up the measurements for me and said she would email me the estimate. She verified my email and now weeks out again and still no estimate. Every time I try to call, I am placed on perpetual hold. When I have gone to the store, no one is in that dept. Unaccpetable!

I only deal with them live and in person and if I can't find what I'm looking for I keep walking around the store until I find someone in a red jacket and I tell them please take me to this item if I'm still not satisfied I ask for the front of the house manager. If you've ordered something I would come in and talk to the service desk area there's usually at least two to three people working there depending on the day on the weekends there's more but there are more people and hopefully you'll find your item and I would definitely talk to the store manager because you are not alone the store is mismanaged and they have too many people walking around avoiding customers
There isnt one they are very unorganized and currently look for a new one
Probably not they short staffed guarding doors for people going wrong way or without mask and dont seem too worried about lack of water needed by plants. Just go there get what you want and wait in line. Or call construction desk. Good luck

Use the Lowes app select correct store prices are different from store to store also the size insulation affects the price

I would contact your local Lowe's, and they will give you a time and date.
