Each year there are special hours and days for the Thanksgiving holiday. Usually they'll open up on Tuesday/Wednesday and have special hours...not sure what they'll do because of Covid.

I saw turkey parts and wings, while I didn't buy any to really know if they'll cut them, I see no reason why they wouldn't. They are very accommodating in providing what customers want.

Haven't checked, but it's an Amish market a majority of their food is all natural. They grow majority of their food themselves. That's why they are open three days a week. Thursday - thru- Saturday. They prepare what they sell, the rest of the week.
