Room was okay but old used coffee on coffee maker and harsh scratchy towels left the room experience lacking. Checking out at 5 am the on duty staff were either unwilling or unable to get up from their desk in the back office so I had a checking out conversation through the open door. Was promised receipt would be sent to email but nothing received. Will likely not stay here again on future trips

Super nice staff and room was clean. I liked that we were close to the front desk. Only thing I didn't like was the bathroom didn't have a fan and one of our mugs was chipped. No biggie though. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options to choose from. Workout room was clean and not crowded when I went. They clean the rooms every 3 days and when I requested more towels they were at our door in less than 5 minutes. I would stay here again!

Positive: The hotel didn¿t have hot water. A rep was able to cancel the reservation and get me refunded quickly. He was great. The overall experience though wasn¿t the best. Negative: Make sure they have hot water when a room is booked ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

Stayed there for my son's 6th birthday last night. It was great! We got 2 room suite with 2 King beds and fold out couch, 2 adults and 4 children age 6 to 10. Their older siblings (17 to 20) came to celebrate as well but didn't stay the night. To start with, the room was nice and clean, but also it was huge! I did't realize that it had fold out couch, I thought it would be 2 beds and a small couch, but initially we were planning to book it for only 4 people, maybe 5 if his friend from Deer Park would come. But when we got there we realized that there was a fold out couch and the bed set in the closet, so one more of my son's friends asked if he could stay the night as well, I asked at the front desk, and they had no problem adding him. We had pizza and cake in the room, then we all went to the pool. When older kids took the little ones to the pool, my boyfriend and I went out for some quiet time and a drink at the Manager reception for a minute before joining them. We weren't hungry, but I just had to try their chili, it looked really good, and I'm not kidding, it was the best chili that I've ever had! I wish I could go buy some from them next time I have craving for chili. Breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. We had a room with the nice view of the river, the first day kids didn't notice it, they were too busy with the food, presents and the pool, but in the morning my son woke me up because he wanted me to look at the river. All stuff were really nice and accomodating. I have to mention the lady that was working during the breakfast time, I don't know her name but she was the one cleaning the tables and talking to the guests. Her attitude made us feeling welcomed there, she was making sure to adress every guest that she encountered, at least with a little comment or smile, talking to the kids, asking what their names were and what they like etc, while still working really quick cleaning the tables and making sure that guests are served properly. Also the bartender at the Managers reception the night before was very kind and welcoming. All in all, it was a great stay, definitely will be coming back, and will be recommending this hotel to our out of town friends and relatives. Thank you very much for the great experience! My son told me it was the best birthday ever!
