Positive: The room was cleaner than 4 star hotels I¿ve stayed at. You could actually take a bath if you wanted in the tub and not worry that it wasn¿t clean. Not a single dust bunny in sight.. Negative: The AC would go as cold as the setting. The room go a little warmer than we wanted to we needed up opening a window at like 3 am to get som e cool air with the rain.

We had a perfect stay here! The amenities, the freebies, the 24 hour pool/hot tub are all unmatched by most hotels now a days. Manager on Duty Heather went above and beyond and was perfectly accommodating. She was so nice and made checking in fun. So much so that when we left, and couldn’t find her to say goodbye, we actually felt kinda sad. Great job Comfort Inn!

We stayed at the comfort Inn and Suites in Medicine Hat Albert. The rooms were very nice and Sandra the general manager was great. We had some issues with some rooms, we had 39 rooms booked. Sandra was very cool under the pressure of many people coming at her at once. She solved all our problems in a timely manner. Sandra and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that everyone had what they needed over the next 2 days. The breakfast was good and they made sure that the athletes were able to take bottled water, fruits and fresh baked muffins with them every day. Thank you so much,

We stayed for only one night. This hotel is nice, but for me, I really liked how warm and homey it felt. The place is clean, the beds were super comfortable and the pillows surprisingly...cozy. Most hotels offer huge, puffy pillows that leave me with a neckache the next morning. The bathtub was squeaky clean so I took a bath. Actually two baths, because it was cold and rainy out and the tub fit me just right. Super relaxing. The indoor pool area is nice, bright and well kept, open 24/7. Breakfast was buffet style with more choices that most hotels. Something for everyone. Staff was great. Very friendly and offered details about the amenities without us having to ask. We would definitely stay here again. Edit: We ended up staying here again a week later. So happy to be back! Again, no swimsuit to enjoy that beautiful swimming pool but I saw many people enjoying it. The water is warm, not like other places that advertise a, "heated pool." Amazing shower, comfortable tub. The bed linens and pillows are super soft. My husband described the bed as, "delicious." Definitely stay here if you can.
