I've frequented this gas station 1-2 a week for the last four years. They've had several attendants come and go, but *generally* they've been nice. Today has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. The lady who assisted me was quite rude when asking for my driver's license. I tried to stick around to find a manager to relay my complaint to, but there wasn't one available. How can you run a shift without management? Or any form of hierarchy? I don't want anything. I just wanted to make this into a trainable situation.

This morning they were advertising Starbucks coffee 2.99 for $1 for a second one. it didn’t ring up that way so the nice lady up front asked what I would assume was her manager and she was aggressively rude to me and called me liar even after I showed her the sign she was advertising she realized I was right and still said it wasn’t the deal and continued to be rude.
