Last minute stay. The staff was amazing and friendly every Interaction. The room building and grounds were immaculate. Best of all it Felt safe. We'll absolutely be back next time we're through the area

I booked over a month ago requesting the top floor. Upon arrival they said they were booked and gave me the second floor out of 4. The non smoking room smelled like stale smoke. The beds sounded and felt like they were on rusted metal bed frames. The room was very hot and no air conditioning, but again they were ‘full’ so we just had to deal with it. Couldn’t even open a window. Pictures made it look like a brand new hotel but it is clearly old and just remodeled. Will never stay here again. Now I will listen to all the pounding on the floor above me for $150.00. Beyond annoyed. Very poor accommodations. Only good thing is the location. Not worth the money.

Wonderful place to stay on our first stop to the mountains to ski! Reasonably price. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Especially the breakfast staff. Impressive breakfast - with great options for kids. Room super clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and will be back again.

My sister and I stayed there for her cataract surgery, and ended up having to call 911 and going to ER. Your manager, Bernadette, and Front Desk, Jennifer were phenomenal, kind, caring, and very professional. We ended up staying four nights. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and went far above the call of duty to please us. Ryan, front desk, kitchen staff and housekeeping also were exceptional. I would definitely recommend your hotel to anyone, your facility and most of all your staff are the best!!!’
