Ramada by Wyndham Spokane Valley

Reserved a room at Super 8 Wyndham in Spokane Valley but the guy on the phone messed up the reservation and reserved a room at this unprofessional motel. They guy that took our reservation never sent a confirmation to my email as requested and after repeatedly spelling out my email to him. Tried to talk with the manager to get refunded for the night stay. I was hung up on multiple times before I was finally able to talk with the manager. I was told it was a glitch in the system and would be refunded. Never received a refund. Will never stay here or any other Wyndham location again. They are all crooks.

They put me in a room right beside the ice machine and an exit door that slams. There was no body wash or soap in the room. Had no bath mat and multiple cigarette burns thru out. Also the shower taps were falling out of the wall. With work I stay about 300 nights a year in hotels and I’ve stayed at lower brand hotels with better rooms. This will be put on a blacklist. No recognition for their top tier members as well. Stay elsewhere. Not to mention they threaten to charge a dollar for keycards and reuse the paper holders. So who knows if the previous person has wiped snot on it like there was on the wall.
