I was there to help a friend out, I can't believe what they charge, I can't believe that they are allowed to operate, it's a trap motel. I've been homeless and dunno that I'd stay there.. all they are doing is taking advantage of the housing shortage and the homeless people here ! Shame on y'all

This place is violating health, and building codes state and federal, their tree had a huge branch fall on my 2017 charger and they stated they would pay for damages but never did. They make up policies that they refuse to provide a copy to you to read, and violate your privacy, blood stains splattered pillows and fececies stained bedding. No free wifi as advertised. Exposed wires and our room had no window that opened for fresh air the other window was boarded off so there is no fire escape and no extinguisher or smoke alarm. The owner will walk into your room without permission also says you can't have visitors lol what hotel does that. There is pee on the walls and mice and bed bugs badly. This place should be condemned you can get a merca or staff infection here. I want my car damages paid body and paint, I want my full refund for an unhealthy living environment as well. But owners refuse to compensate even the damages to my car caused from their property falling due to no maintenance and no employees to do it.

The location is great insofar as finding it, being on a thoroughfare with plenty of things around it for eating, shopping, gas, etc, multiple ways to get there from multiple directions, close by to i-90 in at least 2 different On/Off ramps.... BUT I WOULD STAY THERE IF YOU PAID ME. NO PHONE. NO TV. NO MAID SERVICE. RUN DOWN . DIRTY. I wouldn't sleep a wink (even if I could do it standing up!) for fear/worry of my vehicle being broken into, (or my room).... Let's just say there's very *colorful* clientele: both good and bad. 😜 But heck, for some... I'm sure it might be better then sleeping under a bridge or shelter. If you've got the $ . ✳️They do offer discounted price/day for a week's stay prepaid. Guess that's half a positive point me mebbe?😆
