They’re hitting residents with $100 fines if they’re caught feeding or providing shelter for feral cats. What is the issue?? They aren’t reproducing, as they’re apart of TNR (trap, neuter, release). Their ears are tipped and they aren’t causing any harm. How an apartment complex could believe this is a good idea, is absolutely disgusting. It’s 100 degrees outside and these cats need water.

Terrible place to live especially during the summer, we have called maintenance 3 times already to fix the A/C and every time they come they say it’s working fine, it’s not. This is one of the hottest summers yet and they can’t even afford to make sure their tenants are comfortable. It’s currently 78 degrees in my apartment with the cooling ON, yet it’s not doing anything. Even when it DID work it would barely blow out any air. I’m planning on hiring a PROFESSIONAL to fix the A/C and then deducting the cost from rent, this is ridiculous. I’m pretty sure the air conditioning not working is a breach of their contract but they don’t care. Not to mention the fact that I have a medical condition which makes the heat even worse for me. Don’t live here.

The maintenance crew is awesome and so efficient. All of my neighbors are friendly and the environment is safe and kept very well! The leasing office staff is always friendly and I appreciate all they do to help me. No one ever hesitates to help out when I have a question or concern!
