Awesome and excellent customer service. The lady who greeted us offered us water and coffee. The technician who changed our glass was super friendly and cracking jokes with me and my husband, making us laugh. Would definitely recommend

Terrible. Got 4 reminders for an appointment that was canceled 1 hour beforehand because the glass had not arrived. It was rescheduled for the weekend after. When the time arrived I drove 40 minutes for the glass to be replaced early on a Sat but when I arrived the glass had still not come in. They just don’t care about customer service because they really only deal with insurance companies that don’t give customers any choice where to go.

From my experience if Safelite is at fault, they will make it right. If you have called Safelite and filed a report, it will still be on file. I would call again, provide the date of incidence, state that a report has been filed and you haven't heard anything and would like to follow up with assistant manager. If for some reason it is not handled from assistant manager, then go to manager. Hopefully you won't have to take it higher than that. Again from personal experience if Safelite is at fault, they do what it takes to make it right by you, the customer.
