From my experience if Safelite is at fault, they will make it right. If you have called Safelite and filed a report, it will still be on file. I would call again, provide the date of incidence, state that a report has been filed and you haven't heard anything and would like to follow up with assistant manager. If for some reason it is not handled from assistant manager, then go to manager. Hopefully you won't have to take it higher than that. Again from personal experience if Safelite is at fault, they do what it takes to make it right by you, the customer.

Call a regional manager. Everybody got someone above them. They broke our air intake on a semi truck when they stood on it to replace windshield. Nothing was ever done.
