Assuming that's what occurred, we do repair that. However that is quite a rare occurrence. More often than not, the regulator has gone bad. In most shops, we will install new regulators as well but you would have to purchase it as we do not stock any.

Hi Bonnie I personally don't work for Safelite Auto Glass but they do repair it because I am a customer of them and I can tell you they will fix it it's better if you make an appointment and go into their facility you'll save a lot more money
