I took several loads to the landfill recently (I finally cleaned out some storage buildings). The staff was courteous and helpful. I was impressed by the efficiency of the staff and the ease of using the facility.

If u are from kershaw County I don't think there is a fee
As long as it doesn't have propane in the tank you can and if it does have propane in it you should be able to turn the valve and release the it. I don't work their but my daughter does
