Thanks for the non-verbal unwelcoming. I walked in at 11:55am, unaware of your Saturday hours. An employee with a beard and sunglasses watched me from the lumber yard as I pull out a piece of wood from my car. Stares at me while I almost walk towards him then redirect myself to the customer service door. Says nothing. Inside, I walk toward a display of flooring which interests me, then continue down the aisles. Nearly a half a dozen guys are behind the counter. None had the gumption to explain that they are closing. Now it’s obvious why I’m not being approached or getting asked to be helped. Lights go off. I walk out. From the perspective of the first-time customer: just tell me your closing. Passive-aggressive behavior is not professional.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this local lumberyard. Steve was so helpful in helping us to find the 12 foot boards we need. It’s soon will be time to start a new project. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Try ordering from Home Depot before this company, you will get much better customer service and product.
