My husband and I were scheduled for appointments at different times as new patients and after waiting for my appointment they called me and canceled the day before and could not reschedule me for a while so told them just to cancel me and my husband and they sent me a bill for $75.00 for a no show for my husband. They said that I didn't cancel my husband which I believe I did when they called me to reschedule for I was upset they were cancelling me the day before and trying to schedule me so far out. I only pay $25.00 for the visit anyway but they want to charge me $75.00. Dont recommend them at all!

I have been coming here for 3 years. The doctor, Physician's Assistants, and office staff are excellent. However, I cannot say the same about billing. I have had billing problems with every visit I have had. It should not take calling this department multiple times to get things right every time I have an office visit.
