To be honest, wait time is long. Especially during weekends. But mine was on a Thursday.They brought me in after waiting 30 min past my appointment (I came like 10 min late) and then when the assistant clarified if I needed a physical, I said ‘no, just came for a Pap smear test.’ So I was brought back to the waiting room and waited another 30 minutes until a woman physician and a room was available for me. Somewhere along the way, it got lost in translation that I came in for a follow up and scheduled Pap smear. Probably because I had to reschedule the appointment previously. It sucked because my nerves were skyrocketed, but Dr.Chaves was super nice, calm, and professional. What I mean to say is, there’s really great physicians here. Amazing, really. The un professionalism is in some of the receptionists. And there’s like 10 staffed in those front desks. It’s always been like this. It’s a clinic. Bound to be always busy. But it’s inclusive and the staff try their best. I’ve been coming here since I was 14 years old. Physicians came and went but they all leave a great impression.

Yes but please understand that other patients scheduled appt w providers. You will end up waiting a while. Best times to come in as a walk in is right at opening. Or right after lunch. 12 or 1. Also having your insurance card ID will help. If you need a PCP change you can call yourseld in advance to get seen quicker. Its best to schedule an appt and come in 30 minute earlier to get forms signed and insurance so be verified.
