Stopped by to see about changing PCP's. Unfortunately I wasn't very impressed with the two gentlemen at the front desk. Not very friendly or helpful. So I left and will have to look elsewhere.

They have the most incompetent personal working. I’m still waiting on a phone call from the assistant director to call me from Monday and today after my insurance made an appointment yesterday for a blood test today they have rescheduled for a later date. This has happened too many times.Go figure it was Humana that scheduled the appointment.

Horrible place. Unresponsive to inquiries (including a request for cancer treatment referrals), ignorant of HIPAA (including the receptionist giving a patient detailed lab results over the phone in the lobby where everyone could hear), you may have an appointment and be told hours or even minutes beforehand the doctor will not be in the office, and the doctor pulls down his mask to talk to you.

We are open and welcoming new patients, and remain on call for our patients 24/7. While COVID-19 remains a threat, especially for older adults, we are encouraging video visits as the best first option for most care. For patients in need of in-person care, we are taking measures to safeguard the health of our patients and care teams in our practices. This includes cleaning the exam room after every appointment, wearing personal protective equipment, as well as requiring patients to wear masks when they are at the practice.
