They never answer their phone and when they do, you're on hold for another 20 mins and it hangs up. Not only that, they weren't at all helpful to my loved one. They just want insurance money.

My daughter was there just 4 days. When I went to pick her up she had fever, vomiting and pain. She was all sad. She was crying. The staff from there, Melissa, the Social Worker told us that my daughter was OK and mentally stable. She never describe 'stable.' In addition to that the nurse from there give a pipe to 16 years old. I will never recommend that place unless the person is a homeless because they give 3 meals a day and a bed To sleep.

Don't go here. Food is bad. Some of the staff were okay, but also bad. Beds suck, super uncomfortable. Group therapy doesn't have structure; I wouldn't even call it therapy. I learned nothing here and stayed for 4 days just watching the clock, only for them to forget I was being discharged and having to remind them. Oh yea. They also had no record of my belongings. Good management. :)

had an interview to work here & almost an hour into the scheduled time they still hadn’t come to get me for the interview so I left. They called about 20 minutes after I left and apologized but I didn’t have anymore interest working there.

The food I agree but we did more than just watch tv
OMG they gave my son meds without anyone’s consent and they told My son he was taking hydroxazine for his panic attacks but we later found out they were giving him abilify, an anti-psychotic. Three times a day. For panic attacks. Then they discharged him and when he got home he had a psychotic episode. He had never done that before. They could have caused him to hurt himself, or someone else. And my daughter was in there a couple years ago at 18 and she just now told us some horrific stories after that happened wit my son. The doctors had told her what they did was legal so she never thought to tell anyone. Terrible place!
Contact your non emergency police line
The patient will be given a code. They have free acess to the phone. So if they call someone they can give it out. Its the only way unless your with them when they check in, otherwisr they wont even say if a person if there or not
There is call place or u can talk to me about it
Contact someone from RBBA or human rights you get the drift
It doesn't matter how old she is. If she went inpatient at a behavioral health facility and they deemed it necessary after her admission and physiological evaluation with a doctor, adults and minors alike can be petitioned and held. I understand your frustration, but it's the way it works. If they released her and she harmed herself or someone else, they are liable. You being the friend she reaches out to doesn't entitle you to an answer. That is also how the law works. It's HIPAA. next time get your friend to list you as the person she wants information about her health to be passed to and her providers can speak to you directly on the phone. Get you some details on her situation.
there is an side for older people
Tell them u wanna do impatient
Give it a try, but they can't give out any info to you..
No
Depends if it's residential or hospital..
I think they have 16 -20 beds.
Sorry to hear that. When they get sent home and had no help from there I suggest Aura and Total Life Counseling for out patient care. Total has a good for teens iop group. It helped my daughter and Angie there has been a lot of help. I would never recommend Oasis.
