Everyone's conception of a good doctor is in the eye of the beholder as seniors we've got recruited for this primary care physician several months ago and it started out wonderful it was merged with another company unknown to the patients we lost our doctor our hoealth coach and no communication whatsoever we were sorry to leave but at our age and stage in life a good doctor and communication is paramount so I cannot recommend them at all I'm sorry

1 1/2 months ago I told them I needed physical therapy, updated imaging and a referral to the kind of dr I need to see to treat my spinal conditions. They refused imaging and referred to therapy. Since therapy didn’t cure my pain, I knew it wouldn’t. I followed up 6 days ago with the same request and asked if I need an appointment to get it ordered. They said I didn’t need an appointment and they’d call me back. Fast forward to today now 3 phone calls in and a couple more back and forth with the nurse…. I told them several times over the course of the week that my chronic pain has been untreated aside from physical therapy for years and it’s now completely unmanageable. So today, the doctor has the nurse call back and tells me to continue the person I’ve been seeing. You can’t make this stuff up! 😂😂😂

Please know that Sierra has proven to be one of those what has become to be rare ones that GOES above and beyond. Over the last week this individual has shown up any other person ive had to interact with over the last week regarding my mother being admitted to Chandler Regional Hosp. She is at IORA and yet provided me w more information, and updates the staff or in house specialist at CRH, hats off to her!! Thank you from a concerned son.

We are open and welcoming new patients, and remain on call for our patients 24/7. While COVID-19 remains a threat, especially for older adults, we are encouraging video visits as the best first option for most care. For patients in need of in-person care, we are taking measures to safeguard the health of our patients and care teams in our practices. This includes cleaning the exam room after every appointment, wearing personal protective equipment, as well as requiring patients to wear masks when they are at the practice.

We can partner with any specialist that is in your insurance network. If you have existing relationships with specialists, great! Feel free to keep them. If not, we can recommend one.
While we don't have specialists at our practice, we coordinate closely with everyone involved in your care to make sure they are on the same page. Please call our team to learn more about our approach to primary care.
