I utilized this practice as it is part of my insurance in network clinics. My experience with the two doctors I saw was just ok. I did not feel like I was part of their caseload, just another person walking through the door. However that's not why I gave this practice 1 star. I gave it 1 star due to being sent to collections over a $73 bill. I received the initial bill which I returned but it was then returned to me. I tried calling but if I could get through, which is rare, I was put on hold or told the billing dept was busy I did my part, only other thing was to drive up there. So if you want to be sent to collections this is the place for you!

Requested medication refill in July. It is 8/19 and still ignored. Daughter tried to get in for respiratory infection and they scheduled her for the middle of next month.

I had to get lab work done and Kim couldn’t have been more accommodating and nice, she really was the best and made my life so much easier. Such a pleasant experience!

I called to make an appointment with Cigna to get a COVID test and to get a follow up for my mono, so I could go to school, they then called me back to tell me to go somewhere else. Anyways, I finally convinced them to give me a follow up appointment and after seeing me they totally forgot about me, I had to call twice (which they didn't answer btw) and go back up to the front to remind them that I was here which was over an hour later. My appointment was at 3, and I got out at 5 and everyone was gone. I can definitely say that I do not recommend this place as a first choice.
