AWFUL. I requested from the beginning to not be automatically shipped/billed CPAP restock supplies. I have had to call at least 5 times to request it again. I was able to return a box of $200 of supplies, it was confirmed delivered, and I have not received the refund. I currently have $630 on my credit card bill of charges from them that I have no idea what they’re for.

Stay far far away from this deceitful company. The CPAP machine they sent me was recalled and I was told by the company, the manufacturer and my doctor to discontinue use. America's Healthcare at Home continued to bill me for its use, even though the product was not in use. They are running a scam and should be put out of business.

Zero stars, worse customer service in the history of customer service. My CPAP was recalled and I've been asking them for months to stop sending me supplies for a machine I cannot use. They said they would email a label to return supplies- they did not. The last time I called about yet another new bill they said it was for the CPAP rental. I told them months ago I wasn't using it due to the recall and they said I was required to pay for the rental since I hadn't returned the machine- at NO point in prior conversations had they mentioned returning the machine. Again, they said they were sending box and label to return the machine- nope, they didn't send it. Invoices sent are vague and things like $35 fee labeled "extra" with no explanation given. I just want them to take their equipment, stop sending me stuff and leave me alone. Every time I think I've paid what I think is a final invoice, I get a new one in the mail. Do not start with this company.

Please keep in mind... Dr. recommends and refers, does not mean they are knowable about this company. It's like medication, Dr. prescribe but not really knowable of the medication. This company infringes on your right. They decide FOR you, they delay or not process your request, and they do not contact your health insurance if you need a medical supply because want you to pay them. I have been waiting for a few days for a manager to contact me and not a call I have received. Professional is lacking from the top (management). If you could go the a different company for your medical supplies needs... go!
