I used to come here and the staff was always very helpful and friendly. As of recently the past year when you call the receptionist are always rude. They’re not polite when they answer the telephone and it creates an uncomfortable feeling when trying to make an appointment for your health. I called and spoke with the receptionist Christina S who was very RUDE from the time she picked up the telephone!! If a reminder can be sent to the receptionist that they’re the face of the office and nasty dispositions can turn people away. The last thing someone needs when dealing with health is a nasty point of contact person.

When I first started going there in October of 2021, I thought they were great. The doctor was responsive, the receptionist was responsive when calling. I was able to email my doctor and hear back within days. Now it’s the opposite. Receptionist does not pick up the phone at all. I’ve called 4x today since opening and no one has picked up. I tried to get a leave of absence letter for my employer from my doctor and it took A MONTH to get the letter. I called so many times, emailed and everything. It’s hard to get in touch with someone there. Go somewhere else.
