After 8 years my CPAP machine had ran it course. They got me in the next day and were extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. Due to the Philips recall I had to rent a machine online which took three days to receive. Thank you Sleep Valley Center!!!

If you have to visit the center for a sleep study, trust me please request Barb as you sleep tech! She was simply outstanding! She was patient, highly knowledgeable, insightful, personable, and made this experience one free from worry and angst. The rooms are extraordinary, equipped with a full size bed and a rollaway twin mattress for guests. The room also included a private bathroom with a stand up shower. There was an empty room during our visit so Barb offered it to me to use instead of the twin bed. She took great care of my son and surpassed expectations! So thankful for her!

3 weeks of phone tag, weather I'm the 1st person in line or the 4th in line after 30 mins one day call was dropped, today on hold for over 40 mins and call dropped. I will be requesting a new referral from my pcp to go elsewhere....Horrible Communication and they are still blaming covid for communication issues. No thank you!

Pretty soon I will be at the FOUR MONTH MARK from the time I first had an appointment which everybody knew what the end result would be: a CPAP. (I mean I had one a few years ago and ditched it, I wake up gasping for breath, my weight isn't great, it's not like it was hard to diagnose what exactly a Sleep Therapy 'CPAP' place is going to end up). And yet I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED my CPAP - or even heard from the DME company they use (unfortunately). Everyone is nice @ Valley Sleep, but ultimately we go there because we aren't sleeping well and urgently need to get a better night's sleep. Four months of torture during the night, waiting for this da** machine. They must do better. They told me "we send everything to Valley Sleep THERAPY, that's who we recommend because they're the best". Nahh...I don't think so, somebody's cousin or sister in law probably runs the place, there is nothing "best" nor even "better" about VST - after 4 weeks of having the CPAP order, a guy named Abraham Sanchez left me a voicemail, saying they were trying to run my insurance, "but it shows termed". No, it doesn't - not if you use the right numbers - the ones I gave you - rather than just keying my SSN into your insurance/BCBS software, as you're probably doing. I look up my insurance, I call them, everything is A++ fine. So I call Abraham back - voicemail. Left a message with detailed numbers of my insurance information - NO RETURN CALL. They couldn't care less about customer service. If you call an individual rep's phone, it always goes to voicemail. Yet, if you call and press 1 for help, it will estimate your hold time at 45 minutes, which is kind of hard to live with if you....well, pretty much anything, like for example, have a job. Then I sent a very nice FAX to Valley Sleep Therapy with a cover page, patient name, DOB, phone number, front and back of insurance card (high quality, downloaded from insurance website). NO RESPONSE. What a great business - one where the customers have ZERO LEVERAGE, and the service you give them doesn't even factor in to the equation of how much business you get. Valley Sleep Center: Please find ways to speed up this process. Pressure the DME vendor, do a better job communicating and providing service, or we're taking our recommendations somewhere else.

We do take BlueCross Blue Shield and can always verify your insurance prior to insure it is in network.
Schedule a consultation with one of our sleep physicians and they will determine if you need a sleep study. Once they get results from the study they can determine what kind of treatment would work best for you.
