Dr Woods is fantastic but the office staff is horrible. There's no sense of urgency to process patient prescriptions. Phones are never answered. If they do call, they dont leave a good number to reach them back. They dont understand the diseases Dr Woods treats and dont seem to care. The disrespect given by the office staff made me find a new neurologist. Pretty sad!

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful! If I wasn't a patient, I'd enjoy visiting. They have their processes set up great, so there's minimal waiting for any procedure. I love them! 💜💜

This place is horrible. Please go somewhere else. If there was a way to give no stars I would. The office doesn’t look clean, they do not answer the phones and the staff is rude. I was scheduled for a procedure. I asked for the price at the visit several times. Once I got there the price was $400 more than I was told and they wanted to money at the moment of procedure. I had to take the day off as well as my family. This is the 3rd time this office has told me something different at the time of the visit. It doesn’t seem like the departments communicate with one another and the front office receptionist is very rude. I’m also not confident in my diagnosis because of all the miss information. Please do not come here and waste your time and money. Also they never answer the phone it’s on a loop or something. Very hard to make speak with someone or get your records. They charge $25 to print them lol
