They put up sign saying closed for lunch but in reality the pharmacy window booth is closed all day. When I went to ask why this was, some fat Hispanic guy kept arguing with me that's there is a clear sign saying it's closed. I and the the cars ahead of me each waited 15-20 minutes and none of us got a response from the window booth. The least they could do is say they were closed over the intercom

Had to use the doctors line in order to get in touch. I’ve called at least 3 or 4 times and have been on hold for an hour and a half at least. I was promised my prescription on Tuesday at noon and it is now Thursday and hasn’t been filled. No one can even answer the phone. McDonalads works better than this. I need it for seizures so I don’t find this funny.

This complaint is about the pharmacy. Mikayla the pharmacist or pharmacist assistant very unprofessional and rude. I had a 3pm appointment for a shot and didn’t even receive it til 340. Ms.Mikayla was too busy to inform the tech that his appointments had arrive because she was flirting with the stock boy. I heard everything to when she’s getting off to them planning a rendezvous. 2nd time dealing with this young woman and her unprofessionalism.

Its sad to say but Pharmacy is no place for getto ratchet attitudes, when handle my meds last thing i need to deal with is untrustworthy and lying staff. So if you have to patience for this type of behavior then this is the Pharmacy for you.
