Dr. Heavner was great. I went to get my daughter's tongue tie and lip tie checked out. The front desk ladies were super sweet and we were very quick to be seen which is great with a 3 month old fussy baby. Dr Heavner was very kind and knowledgable. He took care of my daughters tongue tie and showed me that her lip tie wasn't too bad, but her actual upper lip was just very tight. She now nurses much better and also takes a bottle better. The procedure was quick and he took care of it in the office right then and there

I was well taken care of. It was a pleasant experience. I got more checked on for my eyes than I thought I would. I'm so glad that I had an extensive eye exam with this office. The doctor may have found something going on that she felt needs further investigation. I'm so glad I came to this office. Thanks for taking good care of me.

Beware of this organization. They will charge you arbitrarily during office visits without telling you. Then when you call them, they will not respond. After fighting their system for 6 weeks, I finally got hold of Brad Stallings from La Ceenta who indicated that they do not require informed consent when providing medical care, which was shocking to me. In other words, they can charge whatever they want for your office visits. Beware!

If i could give zero star, i would!!! This place is beyond horrible. First, they make you wait over 2 hrs for your appointment time, just to talk to you for 5 mins and do a BS exam. I understand that sometimes you get busy but you make us wait over 2hrs just to do a slopy exam?! No. And this happened 3x already. I will not come back,. Secondly, they told me my eye exam will be covered by insurance, i give them my insurance info and they said its accepted there, just to find out it wasnt. Why, why do you guys need to lie to your patients like this? never coming back again.
