I have lived here for 5 years. The first 4 were amazing with Felix being the most valuable employee for helping residents understand fees and rules. Over the last year we have been hit with extra fees almost monthly. It seems they are searching for things to try and add fees to my lot rent now. Sewage charges have increased by almost 10 fold. We used to have a bulk trash day monthly. It has mysteriously vanished and we are now charged $50 daily for bulk trash items. The new property manager seems to only be interested in getting current residents out so they can charge more per unit to new residents. This is not the community alot of us fell in love with and wanted to call home. Currently trying to sell my home so we can find a place that values us as humans and not just a monthly check. Judging by many reviews I am not alone. AVOID UNTIL NEW MANAGEMENT.

I give it one star to be able to comment. Already Q not even that is worth. Terrible, the new administrator is a disaster, she wants to remove the fences for no reason, they want to charge us a $500 fine, also this April she does not want to accept my payment, I have evidence of what I say, the whole sad community is paid to those women for nothing because that office is always closed. The worst thing is that the big bosses of the community do not do or say anything. It is an abuse and we are all going to court because we already have legal help and everything that was stolen from us with the fines and all the objects that were stolen from our patio are going to have to be paid for and because of discrimination and violating our rights. And if someone from this community deigns to respond, DON'T BE HYPOCRITES, they have thousands of comments and complaints about that lady and they don't do anything. Jetzaida García lot 337 a pleasure
