A friend of mine lives here and it is a nice property. The only reason I'm giving it low stars is because there is no way of getting ahold of management. I would love to live here. But finding someone with information is impossible. I've even contacted corporate through Instagram because I cannot find a phone number. No one has responded. It has been 2 months. Even my friend couldn't get ahold of management and she live here.

It's a purchase to buy the mobile home and rent the lot. The management company name is Peak Management you can contact them.
I think all the ones here are for rent. You can buy one from Clayton Homes or a place like that then talk to Alta Vista about renting a lot.

I believe they are only selling trailers and not renting out any longer. I just live here tho and I couldn't be for sure. I'd give u a phone number but we just got new owners so I'm not even sure I could be of much help
