I have to give kudos to Carlos and his maintenance team. Anytime I have a minor issue, he is here within 24hrs. If it's something more serious, he's here very quickly. I have friends that live in other apartment complexes and their maintenance people are no where near as efficient or knowledgeable. Thank you Carlos!

I lived in the Tallows apartment for a year. It was not bad. I left on August 30th and still haven't received my deposit. I went to the office twice by myself and twice by my husband. She said it would be given in two weeks when I went, then they said 2-4 weeks. Then they said Monday and it still hasn't been given. Do we have to pursue it? They have terrible employees, it's an unsafe site. Once stole the part of our car, once hit our car and ran away, no door or control. Now we can't get our money😬. Finally they gave the check 2hours ago but they deducted $200 for no reason. We used the house sweat clean and there were no problems.

Here in Texas A/C is a must. They fixed my a/c in less than an hour after reporting it on a Saturday. I am thankful for that!

Honestly one of the Best apt complex I have lived in. Very respectful, on time with maintenance service. Without a doubt Mrs. Marlene is a great Manager and Mrs. Lisa (front desk) has a great attitude! Grass is always on Point, freshly cut each week and trash is always picked up from your front door!! Very recommended for someone who wants to live in a very quite and beautiful neighborhood. If I could give a 10/10 stars I definitely would!!
