Over 10 year resident I would like to say it's been a joy and great experience for me living and growing here. Manager Ms. Lynette and Ms. Ashton ast. Manager have always been helpful to all or any situation. Due to NO fault of management My medical Situation (Heart Surgery) keeps going up and down so it's with a Sad heart that I will be moving out to a more slower pace Country life (Gone Fishing). I definitely recommend this Apartment with this manager and team. Really Sad to go Never had any issues that the Ms Lynette or Ms Ashton couldn't solve in over 10 years. I was genuinely thinking about applying to these apartments with my family's new housing voucher, until reading the responses from management. I'm inclined to believe the negative reviews based alone on the tone in those responses, as if you're somehow better than these tenants. I'm going to keep looking and I hope you gain appreciation for those who keep giving you the chance to treat them so poorly. ✌🏻

If I could give this place a negative 10 stars I gladly would the only actual useful person in the office is the women in the side office by the door actual manger is useless, my apt building is always part of these random pipe burst and for some reason for people who get that info instantly and don't let the WHOLE BUILDING KNOW THAT ITS GETTING TURNED ON. Imagine getting your rent getting raised for them to still dumb stuff like this I can't wait move out. If your looking for somewhere to live don't come here you can find a lot better.

They are wanting 2.5xs the rent for "restricted income" to rent they are rude and very unprofessional to say the least. They don't answer questions online for those who need so I write this for those who need to know. They AREN'T based off income!

Our pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. They will be open from 10:00 AM-10:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. The pools are closed on Mondays for cleaning and maintenance.
We do! They are $200 per animal and $10 pet rent per month. We do have some breed restrictions, weight limits and age requirements for each animal, so please contact our office for specific details.
At this time, our application fees are $15 for the head of household & $10 for any co-applicants. We require a minimum credit score of 524. And the deposits are dependent on the size of the unit and the applicant's rental history. Please contact the office directly for specific details on our policies regarding refunds.
I called a couple of days ago 2X the rent if I was correct cause all thevRisemade are Low income apartments .
Income requirements depend on whether the applicant is using a Section 8 voucher or applying as a market applicant. Market applicants are required to make 2.5 times the rent per month and Section 8 applicants are required to have a minimum of $2,500 for annual income
I asked this same question to management a year ago. I was that ac has to be installed. Still hasn't been installed.
