Usually it’s really good but my last trip not so much as the lady at the window didn’t make the order right so she decided to correct the drink by putting a inch of Carmel in the bottom of my cup

So there new store manager just told me she couldn’t fix my drink because it’s not her standard!!!! But I thought customer service was the standard Starbucks???????? At this point I know it’s retaliation so I can’t wait to see how this goes! I’m convinced they just don’t care about customer service or it’s a underline issue but after being a customer for 4 years Ill drive to Charlotte or Belmont’s new store but I’ll never shop here again! My order is always wrong I don’t understand why you have stickers on cups if you not going to read it before you fix my drink! I pay to much for it not to be correct!

Slow service, I know they're very busy, but 20+ min for a coffee order placed online prior, lots of mobile orders piling up with only myself and 2 others inside being ignored. At least acknowledge us and see if you could make ours. I know first come first serve....Not a good experience

Unbelievable. This is the second time in a week that this Starbucks has no Cold Brew. I can't be too critical of this one location because in the last month every Starbucks I have visited has either been out of common drinks and or food. I understand it's tough with staffing and shipping but com'on man. Worry about the customer and spend less time on "rent a cups" or whatever you are calling it and other save planet marketing schemes. The company has yet to meet any of those goals anyways.
