My White 568 was given to me in "okay" condition. I used it for a few years before I took it to Patrick - I wish I had done it sooner! It needed a few repairs, which I knew before I'd even called him. He's a wonderful business man, works fast, and has very open communication. My White needs a minor stop key replaced which cannot be found, and is no longer made - it's 70 years old. Patrick and I discussed the issue when all the work was done, before I picked it up, as he wanted to review what was done. I HIGHLY recommend Darn Good Sewing Machine Repair.
