My recruiter (Arianna Chavarria) suggested a lead position that she thought I would be a great fit for based on my experience. Then my recruiter (Arianna) spoke to another recruiter at Core Personnel or her boss (not sure what position the other lady had) about the position and then the next day she claimed the company hadn't got back to her about me. She offered me another position else where for less pay. I was willing to take it, until I saw the lead position posted on indeed under Core Personnel jobs, so I applied directly on the COMPANY site. I did my interview today, Barret Distributions offered me the lead position and I accepted. Moral of the story, trust yourself to find the position that's right for you, be your own advocate!
