2 day in a row my Dickies App account has been hacked into, and someone has used my rewards points. Both were ordering from the same location in Mesquite, TX. This second time I was able to call the store and stop the order from even being made, but when I spoke with the store this morning, I had a name the person had changed it to on my app account. I have changed the password to my account previously, and yet this happened again. Thankfully I did not have my card information saved on the app also. Beware everyone… someone has hacked into the system and is happily stealing free food. If it’s happened to me twice in 2 days, I’m sure it’s happened to others. Now to sit on chat for another 45+ minutes waiting tomorrow to try to get my rewards points back yet again!

Ordered on Doordash from Barbecue at home by Dickey's. The price and size(weight) are both twice on doordash (2.84 lbs for 79.99 compare to 1.42 lbs for 39.99 on their site (and on sale now for 19.99)), but only ship 1 pack of meat weight 1.42lbs. And don't forget the package came in warm. I took the package inside within 10 minutes after delivered but still. I am not comfortable to eat that meant. If you are living outside of TX, don't order for delivery, because they use cheapest option not good for food.

This is RIDICULOUS I spent $56 and some Change for dinner and I get my food and bake potatoe was not cooked couldn’t eat it. All the meat and baked beans was burnt. I asked for chopped brisket and instead I got chopped pork. Worst decision I’ve made and a waste of money highly disappointed

You need to call corporate in Dallas, TX
Contact your bank or credit card company and dispute the charge. I placed an online order and the location in Red Oak was closed down. Dickey's website allowed me to place the order, charged my card and did not flag me that the location was not in operation. I will never order online again.
Some franchise location have coupons that go out in the mail. Here at the wycliff location we are currently running a few specials and we would love to have you in.
