Good Food, Shady Business. I'm sharing my experience to help others practice diligence when visiting this restaurant. This is in reference to a Colorado location where we've dined on several occasions & the food and service has been good. We dined at this location for Father's Day 2022. Our server was great, the food was good at the end of our meal a different server ran our payment. I skimmed the receipt for the total & left a generous tip. When I arrived home I realized I had been charged for an additional guest. I contacted the restaurant the next day & the young lady who ran our ticket happened to answer the phone. She vaguely remembered us and acknowledged she did not serve us, but ran the ticket. In fact our server took away the extra place settings as soon as we arrived at the table, so not sure what prompted her to overcharge us (red flag). Together we determined who our actual server was. She let me know she would confer with him & get back to me. I called a couple of days later & she in fact confirmed the number of guests with him. She also Informed me their local managers have no authority to issue refunds- red flag #2 - they don't trust their local management to make decisions? She let me know she was contacting their corporate office & "will have to see what say" I thought that was strange. What else would they say when you and let them know you overcharged us? After a few days there was still no follow up so I called again and spoke with the same individual who sounded somewhat nervous & let me know she still had not received a response from corporate. I attempted to reach corporate several times over several days & like many other reviewers have said, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES & THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. Finally after a few weeks of this I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, explained the situation & submitted receipts and of course, Texas De Brazil responded to them immediately stating I signed & paid the receipt & left a generous tip. My credit card company who was absolutely great in this process, informed me because our receipts matched - we both had an invisible guest showing on our receipts -- they could not dispute the charge. There was never any attempt made by their corporate office to contact me to find out the details, to apologize for their mistake, nothing. I take responsibility for not examining the receipt more closely before paying, it's the poor response (lack thereof) I received in trying to resolve the issue that prompted this review. I am encouraging you to please check your receipts when you visit this restaurant because as I stated, I was charged for an invisible guest, they give their managers no authority to act on behalf of their customers & they make no attempt to resolve issues. Just want others to be informed and to practice diligence when dealing with this company.

We was welcomed with an extended wait for our reservation. We waiting 30 minutes past our reserved time to be seated. Other families waited almost 45 minutes. Once the manager was requested to explain the situation, they avoided talking with the waiting families and laughed about it. With a family of elderly, disabled customers, it was upsetting. It was a joke to the management that people was waiting. It was only the staff that served the family, that saved the meal. The food was good, the staff was good, the manageable was speechless. To laugh at customers that are disabled and elderly while they wait is not good business!

Good luck for calling cooperate office..I left numerous msg in the past 3 months daily or every other day and get nothing..even in some msgs I was frustrated and told them how many times I've called, one time I finally had this woman answered I explained my experience with the,restaurant and told her,how many months I've called and b4 I could tell her dnt put me thru leaving msgs to the same person she transferred me again to his ext.😠 .. I gave in and made reservation for my b'day for the 22nd at 6:00 got their at 5:45 waited till 6:40 for a table I was going very upset at this time.i asked the hostess how much longer,she replies we working on getting u a table,duh.i have a reservation that a made 2 days ago, I asked her there's a table right there empty,she's like no that table is broke,,, waited and waited till I was ready to walk out...here it goes ppl coming in and she's taking them to tables,, next thing I see She's taking 2ppl that she says the table is broke and sat them ther
