Living at Westminster Asbury Cocoa has been stressful and a safety quagmire for residents. As of this date Westminster corporate is renovating buildings and installing carpet in areas that should be covered in vinyl not carpet. Management does not seem to be concerned that they are creating a hazardous situation for residents who have to use assistance for mobility. Carpet makes it very hard for seniors to move around as well as being a breeding ground for germs and bacteria. The property might look okay on the outside but inside is a very different story. There is a shortness of staff and an increase in residence. Needless to say the carpet on the inside hallways is nasty and has been for over 6 years.

I know people who live here and they all like it. The apartments I've been in are nice.
