I have a Double Wide for sale there. But you will have to put in an application to Cedar Lakes HOA.
You have to buy a home and then the lot rent starts at $510 a month. I believe there are a couple of homes for sale in Maplewood Village now. It's a wonderful place to live!!!
No.
Contact the office directly about home purchases. These are not "rent to own".
Yes they are allowed I'm not sure what the general pat policy is but ik people in there with small dogs
Elizabeth Maplewood Village does have a lot rent it is $475. and 485. on the lake. It includes use of the facilities and garbage pick up. All other utilities are paid by the homeowner. We do not rent the homes. Please visit our website www.maplewoodvillagemhp.com or stop in and see our homes for sale. Maplewood Village is an age restricted community of 50 and over.

That depends. If you need assistance because of your disability, then probably not. This a manufactured home community, not assisted living.
