Bad customer service. We arrived right as it started to rain. Since there were no apples for sale we asked if they could waive the picking fee so we could run into the orchard and pick a few apples to purchase. We were baffled that they said no. You can literally see the orchard from their counter. Apparently they aren't interested in selling apples. Very disappointed. What a waste of a drive.
