Update: open now 4 months ago: Park is supposed to open memorial weekend. The new ramp looks finished.
Water depth changes all the time, depending on river level. You could try asking in the RiverBills group on Facebook, someone on there will have likely used it recently. The RiverBills website has current water levels to check too. (Pool depth not ramp depth) This is pool 26.
Not if you rent one. There is a website and a self serve rental. It looks like a trailer and is to the left of the boat ramp, near where the road used to go over the railroad tracks. You can bring your own kayak if you have one.
You can leave a vehicle at each end if you want. That's what I did.
The website says they are currently $25 per night with a 2 night minimum.
Park is supposed to open memorial weekend. Doesn't look like it will be completed by then. We'll see.
There is a short trail that goes along the river. You can loop back by walking in the parking lot.
I don't think they are opening the boat ramp this season.
