I was highly recommended to the practice from 17 to 35 medical gaslight failed procedures 25 gyns ..Dr preformed d&c exploratory 2019 said nothing was wrong anexity than 2020 yr to date I had emergency hysterectomy and went septic and almost lost My life so much for in my head

*DANGEROUS* Switching to this doctor makes me regret the entire experience. There were multiple times she missed the call on important ultrasounds and files. When I told her I wasn’t feeling well during my pregnancy she would dismiss me and tell me to take benedryl so I could sleep. But it was during my delivery that I live with the effects of my c section even down the road. I was a scheduled c but went into labor a week early. Because it was Sunday she had me go through 13 hours of labor only to go to a c section that evening, when she was ready. She never told me a student would be performing my surgery. For an hour I listened to to her tell her student to cut through various body parts of mine to get the baby. I had a panic attack on the operating table. They also cut me a brand new c section scar. WHY!! Not to mention they made the incision so small that they had to punch me in the chest to get the baby out. 3 weeks later I was dizzy and pale with pain in my abdomen. I went to her office. She dismissed me and said I needed to go to primary care, this had nothing to do with her. LADY, YOU JUST CUT ME OPEN! I SUFFER WITH A LIFETIME OF ISSUES FROM HER SURGERY. For several years following, I have dealt with the trauma of this surgery physically and emotionally and what came of the experience. My body has never recovered. Why are we not seen as expecting mothers with feelings, hearing and emotions during our delivery.

They are friendly but incompetent with the medical issue I have. I called 2x at the office addressing if Dr. can do the procedure? They assured me yes. Made an appointment, came to the office, removal Nexplanon BC procedure was done, 4 hrs later, the staff called & said they can't do the new insertion BC because her certification expired. I had to ask for a recommendation who is not certified as well. Needless to say, I called my insurance to complain. Now, I am looking for another certified DR who can do the insertion now. This could have been prevented if the staff was knowledgeable when I addressed this on my calls. (plural) I know this procedure is only done by certain doctors. I didn't like it that they never confirmed her certification was expired! I wish they didn't waste my time. I could've gone to a doctor who will do the removal and insertion. She's getting 2 stars because of that. The staff need to be trained in all medical issues like this. I ended up paying $400 for the removal and keloid because of this. Another noted: But if you are looking for a regular one, she can do. She's friendly and with beside manner.
