The apartments are really nice, warm and cozy. Lorin Williams from leasing team really helped me with all the questions i had during the move in process. She is easily available via call or email and was proactive in resolving all the issues or queries i had at the earliest. The maintenance team as well is really good. The community has a good expanse of fields for the dogs to play. The gym is also good with all the necessary equipments.

My boyfriend and I moved into these apartments about 2 weeks ago. We started the application around June and couldn't have been happier. Brittney from the leasing office was super helpful. We walked in without an appointment for a tour, and she was busy that day but was able to schedule us for the next day. She answered all of our questions and was very attentive with making sure we were happy with the floorplan that we selected. The application process was super easy. She answered all of my questions before move in as well. I was always able to reach her and she responded promptly. Moving in was a breeze, and we couldn't be happier with our apartment. There was a small issue with our washer after moving in, and submitting a service request was easy. I received a call the day maintenance was able to come to confirm that they could enter the apartment. Al helped fix our washer. He knew exactly what was wrong and finished fixing it quickly, as well as stayed to make sure the issue was solved. It's only been two weeks but we truly enjoy living here. We've run into some of our neighbors already, and they've all been extremely friendly. We've lived in two other apartments over the past 3 years, but this is the first one that really feels like a home.

This place is obscenely expensive. My mother in law use to pay $1400 now since the apartment was updated the rent is $1900 for a one bed room with a small den.

There is more than 1 floorplan for 1 bedrooms I think they are between $1,500-1,800 a month. But I'd recommend you call the leasing office for the specific price for each floorplan. Hope this helps. Best
