Though we paid more flying American Airlines it was quite worth it. Using Priceline made it easy to book our flights. Coming back from Jacksonville, Florida, we didn't see a sign where we should go check our luggage. At least there wasn't one clearly posted that we could see. So we were directed to go up the escalator, then down an escalator through security. I was confused; I asked where do we check our bags, after getting through security. They said that they had to take us back pass security down 2 elevators to check our bags. This was frustrating. But because there was a 30 minute delay, backtracking our steps didn't cause that much of a problem, just anxiety. The flight was smooth, with very little turbulence. Unfortunately the plane was packed full of people and it was hot; it finally cooled off, once we got up in the air. There were three handicap passengers but they only accounted for two; so when we were disembarking the flight, I had to wait awhile for someone to bring me a wheelchair. The flight attendances were social and pleasant. We will fly American Airlines again because of the great customer service y'all give.
