MUST READ!!! Initially I had a great experience with Cornerstone. I applied for a position through Indeed and was hired almost immediately. My recruiter, KeSha, was responsive and extremely helpful with my onboarding process; however, after my onboarding was complete contact was limited and it would take four business days or more to hear back about anything. My calls were ignore and eventually my emails were as well. Unlike other staffers that I have interacted with since Cornerstone if you want to be considered for another position you have to give notice (quit) before they will even began vetting you for another job. I fell into this trap but I am glad for some of the AMAZING staffers I have been with since. Just know it will start off well but eventually they will not respond about anything and also will not verify your employment with them so keep your paystubs and W2s handy. (I have had now three potential employers say that they will not verify employment. I worked here for almost a year as well so I cannot just delete them from my resume.) Biggest take away: avoid working with this staffer if you can but if you need the opportunity don't stay long but ensure you have all your documents in order in case they start doing sketchy business practices. Basically take the money and run! A note to whomever response to complaints: I would not like to talk about my experience but hope this will help others make an informed decision on whether you all are worth their business.

My husband applied here and was sent to a job site no one let him in. He called today to let them know what happened and got the response of “ I’ll talk to them and get back with you” he didn’t hear anything until he picked me up from work 8 hours later. The lady wouldn’t tell him if he was going back or not and this conversation was over three calls. Then he was told he was not going in. The recruiter later called him and asked him if he was going to be showing up? He said no and she told him that they checked the cameras he did show up but didn’t get out of the car then told him very rudely that they were no longer able to help him and he has to go to a different temp agency.
